Driver left bed at bottom of stairs next to flats 21 & 22 . My flat number is 2nd floor, he says they don't do stairs and left me standing with a 1 year old baby in my arms and no way to get bed upstairs. It was a fire hazard. It says on bedbustersuk ebay that its door to door service. This was not my door. It has to be made clearer that they don't do stairs. The bed was left the whole day until I seen neighbours returning from work and asked for help.
