The delivery driver left my super king size bed in the main block entrance and refused to help me carry the parts pass the 8 steps because it was blocking residents from entering. I’m not physically fit to carry the bed all the way to my flat and I only asked to just help move it out off the way as it wasn’t even delivered to my block I only came out because he was lost. I think it was a shame, ok yes there may be a policy but certainly didn’t follow his by how it was left. I then proceeded to drag the bed up the wet and dirty stairs! I am not happy!! And I will never be using this service again. The driver could have used his discretion and sense and helped me. Awful!!! After building the bed, I sat on it and bounced up and down as you do to feel the firmness of the mattress and the plastic ring around two of the base stands have broken! Absolute joke.. never again!!!
