I think that if you're a petite, short and skinny pregnant woman this is great for you. If you're 5'9 and size 18+ then you might want to think twice before purchasing this. The fabric that connects the pillow to the other attachments is quite short so you'll probably wake up trying to readjust it to get comfortable. I found the lack of space between the attachments would actually dig into my belly which is really uncomfortable. I had really high expectations based on the amazing reviews but if you're a tall and large woman I would think twice before purchasing.
