I bought my sofa from SLF in June, it was delivered about a month ago, however when they brought it to the front door my access was too tight, the guy looked around the back and said they would bring it in through the conservatory. (better than a front door drop off I experienced with the bed purchased from elsewhere). Nothing was too much trouble for him. Service far better than expected, both before and after delivery. I love the sofa and the choice they had on website, no pressure tactics, no sale ends today and all that rubbish, unlike at least 3 other so called furniture specialists. All in all, well done SLF, a great experience.
