We love the fan and the different features we have access to with the remote control~ light brightness, fan speed, Summer/Winter spin direction, etc. I gave it 4 stars because the circuit board for the fan failed within 2 days of having the fan installed. That was very inconvenient, but probably just a fluke. But what I’d like to highlight from that experience was the exceptional customer service we received from SmaFan! They were apologetic, attentive, helpful, friendly, professional, immediately diagnosed and sent a replacement circuit board, remained in contact as it was installed, and communicated very thoroughly until the problem was resolved. Above and beyond! Very refreshing in this day and age of waning customer service. We highly recommend this company. And now that the fan is repaired, the fan, too!
