We did A LOT of research and chose this fan because it is a "smart" fan and so easy to just say "hey Google. turn the fan to a slower speed," or Hey Google, turn off the fan light." And, we really like that it has a separate yellow and white light - most fans are just yellow and they aren't bright enough. And, it's quiet!! And, the price is very competitive. All around - a great fan. In fact, this is our second SmaFan and we would buy another! Highly recommend.
