Bought 3 fans to replace 3 old ones and update my house. I was nervous going with a new to market unrated fan (yet), i appreciate that they gave me a coupon for the buy, and delivered on time. I can now tell you their fans are quality and exactly as described. Love that they come with a warranty or exchange as well just Incase you run into any issues around install. I however did not and am loving my 3 new fans so far! I would most definitely order from smafan again. My handyman says they are quality fans! He was pleasantly surprised and I'm a happy customer. I didn't like any of the options at home Depot or Lowe's, and I found that smafan had a wider selection and exactly what I was looking for which was something very specific, like searching for a needle in a haystack lol!
