Made an order. 1 of the four items was a metal box that was placed in the bottom of the parcel with no protection whatsoever. only a thin sheet of paper. Needless to say, this box arrived with many dents on it.
Obviously packaging a parcel is not their strong point and besides, I'm not getting an answer from them.
