I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this online shop. I ordered several high-end products, expecting top-notch quality and service. However, when the products arrived, they were all damaged beyond usability.
To make matters worse, the customer service provided by this company has been absolutely atrocious. Despite reaching out to them multiple times through their "contact" page, I have received zero responses. It's incredibly frustrating that there is no direct email to contact anyone, leaving me feeling completely ignored and abandoned as a customer.
In total, I've sent six inquiries regarding the damaged items, yet I have not received a single acknowledgment or resolution. This level of disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable.
In summary, this is undoubtedly the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this website to avoid it at all costs. The lack of product quality and abysmal customer service make it not worth the risk.
