I bought an engine from you in July 2023. After installing it I found there was no starter solenoid. I contacted the salesman about it. He sent me to a parts service person. He told me that they did not supply it with the engine. I had to buy a after market solenoid. Please tell me how you start an engine with out one? Your instructions falled to mention that JD 318 has to reposition the engine mounting brackets. I now have to lift the engine up off the frame to readjust so that my snow blower pulleys to line up with clutch.. I now have to reposition the after market solinoid will no longer work were I mounted it. I felt I was not fairly treated by your company.
