The customer service representative i spoke with was knowledgeable and helpful. The shipping was very fast and the company sent me email updates as the order was processed and shipped, which I love to know the status of the money i have spent. The motor showed up packaged well. Installation went well and the engine started and ran well, with just adding oil, hooking up power, and fuel. The only complaint i have is that the manual that came with the engine was underneath the engine and soaked in oil. Perhaps put them in a bag and tape them to the inside of the shipping container.
