Overall I felt that Small Engine Warehouse did a great job....very knolegable and responsive.
The only issue I had was in the packeging before shpment. the engine was not packeged and secured in the box / skid and was flopping around in the box during shipment exposing it to potential damage.
You need to secure it better in the shipping box.
