I bought a brand new briggs and Stratton 25 hp for my mower and I needed it very quickly so as soon as it showed up I installed it and it ran very poorly it had weak spark on one side due to a faulty coil and when I notified them of it they suggested I take it to a shop 2.5 hours away to get it diagnosed instead of sending parts I needed I ended up spending another 80 dollars on a new coil. not so impressive service people
