I needed to replace the 17.5 HP Kohler engine that is no longer availble years ago on my John Deere L110 riding lawn mower. The staff were very helpful in recommending a compatible replacement - the Briggs & Stratton EX1750 engine. The engine itself fit perfectly, however, the exhaust components (specifically the muffler) were not compatible with the John Deere's existing system. This wasn't a surprise, and I was able to easily find the correct exhaust manifold (pipe) online directly from John Deere. Once I replaced the manifold, the engine started right up with no wiring modifications needed. It runs smooth and quiet, utilizing the John Deere's on-board muffler system. The item shipped quickly and arrived in great condition.
