Is 1 September and John Deere still has not finished the engine replacement in my 445 tractor. They say they are waiting for your instruction on how to get the throttle assembly to connect to the 445 dash. What was supposed to be a 4 hour replacement is now going on month 3. Between you and John Deere there is a real problem - you say you engine replaces the 445 original engine yet John Deere cant get it to work. From early July, Received engine timely, delivered to John Deere Watertown NY. The engine is installed but doesn’t fit / align with the 445 tractor assembly. They have been trying to connect with your service people but nobody has responded. Every time they try to reach you, they charge me labor. Should I just send the motor back? It will not connect.
