VERY POOR COMMUNICATION As I've received an email from Smartbag asking for feedback and that "my opinion matters", I've copied and pasted the email I sent July 27 but have not received response as at Aug 8. I wasn't planning on posting this here, but since you asked... Hi Smartbag, I was about to follow up with my order (to be honest I had forgotten about it since it was so long ago) to see that it was finally sent yesterday. I placed and paid for this order on June 18. I followed up with a phone call on Friday June 28 to see if my order had left. We were leaving for an event on Wednesday June 5 that we needed the bags for. I was advised at that time that you had had some issues with your machines and my order would be printed on Thursday June 6. Clearly too late for my event, and outside of the timeframes you have stated on your website. If I hadn't have phoned I would not have been aware that my order was going to be delayed. No communication from you. Thankfully I did phone which allowed me to make alternative arrangements in time for my event. The below is the first and only communication I have received from Smartbag since my phone call almost a month ago. No communication from you to advise that my order would still be late. Your website says custom printed bags within 7 days - not 45days! But yet no communication from you to apologise for the delay or even to let me know that they would be delayed. Now that you have received this email I'm sure I will receive some sort of apology, but really, should have had to ask for one? I await your response and refund. Natasha
