Second hand items sold as new. No authenticity proof sent. The Jimmy Choo frames received which I paid £156 for are very visibly used, not brand new. Photos were immediately supplied to seller. Also, no proof of authenticity was sent with the frames, unlike stated on their website. Customer service did not address any of these issues directly. I would definitely not recommend this company as they charge for brand new, original products but this is a misrepresentation as they send second hand items without any proof of authenticity and dealing with customer services is like dealing with AI robots. Not a great experience at all. My review is - AVOID purchasing from this seller unless you don’t mind the hassle of getting below par quality and service.
