Absolutely horrendous Company.
Stay away, it has taken nearly 5 weeks and still no resolution. My dryer was condemned by an engineer and I'm still waiting for a suitable replacement been offered.
You have to pay £41.50 for delivery and a month's cover money before they will order a new appliance.
Customer service are absolutely terrible and don't get back to you or keep you informed you have to keep calling them.
If I could give a no star review I would.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!
