After getting off to a poor start with my phone call obviously not being passed onto the engineer's, the second call was handled promptly and the engineers telephoned within the hour.a A service call was made within the week. The engineer was courteous, helpful and repaired the tumble dryer. Would certainly recommend taking out insurance on your white goods. Smart sure certainly took the worry away from me.
