I spoke to the most lovely lovely man today in your cancellations. Pravin. I was phoning to cancel my boiler cover and had decided before hand that if I got a sharp or attitude response I would cancel all my covers completely. Yes I did cancel my boiler cover only but Pravin was incredibly professional and made numerous offers to me - I really was taken back by pravin’s professionalism. At one point the line went dead and he phoned me back within a minute. He is such a nice kind polite professional man. He then phoned me back again to explain that because of when my DD comes out regrettably he couldn’t change it in time for this month - how lovely and kind is that. And despite me cancelling one of my covers I ended out taking cover for something g else. Hahhaaaa he actually gave me confidence again that I’m thinking of phoning back to keep my boiler cover!!! I think if I ever have to call SC for anything ever in the future I will ask for him.
