I ordered an anniversary gift for my wife 4 days before the date, I gave specific instructions on the date it was to be delivered, when it wasn't delivered, I thought maybe it would come the next day only to receive an email to say my order has been cancelled and money refunded because they've run out of stock. This has ruined my anniversary as I couldn't purchase anything else in time.
