2 weeks ago I tried to register and sign in to no avail. Keeps asking to verify if your a robot......out of frustration I called and complained about this. TODAY, I found time again to go in and complete but AGAIN, that robot "choose the squares game" will NOT allow you past, soooo stupid! you verify yet it crashes you over and again. Called again today, and was told they are aware this has been an issue, so, FIX IT AND STOP FRUSTRATING THE USERS. They want us to clear our cachee etc... Like I don't already know that, issue is at THEIR end NOT mine. Wish this was offered "in class" but not in Sudbury but NO. Have no idea how to get certified. I took the time to write this review and I RARELY write them but surely I am not alone hear. So much for a friendly online course, brutal
