This is the first time that i have purchased a refurbished phone. The product purchased was a good price and delivered within 3 days, which i was really pleased with, as this was within the stated time frame. When the iphone 11 arrived, it was exactly as described and worked perfectly. My only reason for not giving 5 stars, is that i did contact the company over email due to an email that i had received about my order which contained information about a different order. I didn't receive a reply about that but at the time i did have concerns whether the correct phone was going to turn up so a bit of reassurance would have been good in that instance (i.e. just to say it was a mix up on the email side). Anyway, the correct phone did turn up and it was as described and in full working order. Will certainly consider using again in the future.
