I registered my puppys chip that the breeder had put in but when tried to read at vets there wasnt one there, I had already registered it with Smartchip + paid the fee. The breeder had to put a new chip in + I am unable to get this changed so far as there are no contact details for Smartchip anywhere on their website, the breeder said she would contact them but 3 weeks later my dog is still registered under the old chip number, it is unbelievable that I am unable to contact anyone to sort this problem, I also never received my 'free' puppy pack, but they were certainly quick enough to take my money
