I have been getting insurance done from smartchoicepk for a while now and have had multiple visas rejected but never thought of asking for a refund which they claim they will do incase of a rejection. It seemed like a pretty good offer until I tried to avail it. This is the only time I reached out to them to get a refund because the visa was rejected but they never replied back.
Just a heads up for those who would like a refund incase of rejection know that THEY WILL NOT refund.
