Smartchoice.pk is by far the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a travel insurance policy from them but never received the policy document. I tried contacting them through WhatsApp multiple times but got no response. I also called their UAN several times, yet no one answered. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company if you don’t want unnecessary headaches.
