HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY! their language about cancellation is deliberately misleading. Prices are misleading since every tiny step is extra. Hundreds to change anything. Worst seats assigned on an empty airplane. No allowance for using credits on partner airlines. Every step in the booking process costs more and more money. Customer service is obnoxious, loud, degrading regardless of how polite and quiet and respectful you are. SAVE YOURSELF. stay away.
