The idea is great and the items I have bought have been good. But don't buy the mystery box - yes it was cheap, but very disappointing. A phone cover that doesn't fit my phone and has nothing to identify what phone it is for is just a waste of money - and not very eco friendly if it can't be used!
Good (possibly slightly excessive) communication, and all fab intentions.
