*AVOID AT ANY COST!*
It's an absolutely ridiculous company. I bought some items as Christmas present; expected delivery was on the 28th November. After that day, I received an email saying that an item is unavailable and would be shipped when available, emailed them back cancelling the order; they still sent a free item and charged deliver cost, plus another item got lost in shipment (or at least that's what they claim) and don't want to provide a full refund. It's been reported to the credit company and fighting for the money.
