Our tour guide "Nok" was ABSOLUTELY SUPER !!!! We really like having a 'local person' who has wide latitude to make things SPECIAL !!! Nok took us to a Family Restaurant and treated us - and soooo many other 'special things'.. Just GREAT.!!! We really like Smart Tours with local guides rather than 'canned' tours/schedules.. Can't say enough words of praise...Bus Driver and his wife assistant, equally SUPER !!! Only thing on the negative/do better - would have been nice to have Wifi on the bus especially on long rides; and 2nd we had this 'complainer/premadonna' who freely told anyone who would listen that this tour was not what she expected - the group quickly named her P.I.A. (Pain In ASS). Reason to believe she also 'stiffed' the tour persons on their tip - would not be surprised if she was asking for a refund - like she also would run fast to be first on the bus - but feigned being handicapped to be wheeled around at the airport and 1st in line. A Sad person for sure but the group largely ignored her disruption/s... Again, the Tour was GREAT - the places visited BUT surely because of Nok's expertise, being SUPER NICE, and surely would recommend it - and we plan to do another soon to Mayan Country. Previously went to "China" and had the same nice experience with that local 'guide'...
