Superb accommodations, knowledgeable and caring guides. UT in Vietnam was especially concerned for our well being, providing free water and cooling wet wipes as well as Vietnamese candies just because. Our Cambodian guide was also very knowledgeable and had a steady temperament even in the face of impolite and arrogant remarks about his country and its troubled past by one ugly American tourist on our tour. I admired how he handled this oaf by just detailing the harsh realities he had to deal with as a child in Cambodia during its war torn years to survive, We have now taken about 8 trips in the last 3 years and one more planned for this year and our only issues have been the rude, insensitive and unappreciative American tourists who travel with smartours. If you can afford the trip you certainly can afford to tip the guide, the bus driver and others who serve us so well and make or trips educational, comfortable and safe!
