I had a great experience but there are a couple of things that I wasn’t happy with. The guide was great, the itinerary good. The meals were disappointing, only mediocre. And my main complaint was that the cost of the tour is very misleading. I much prefer that Smartours pay the guides and give us an honest cost for the tour. The tip system stinks. It is deceptive and requires us to carry money on the trip that we don’t want to carry. You have excellent guides and they deserve an excellent salary. It should not be our job to pay them. Increase the tour cost by a couple hundred dollars and pay them! I have done 5 tours with you and this is my only reason I may not do more.
