I needed to make around 20 million requests to a website that blocks an IP address if it makes more than 25 requests in 10 minutes. I tried "Datacenter proxies" and they worked perfectly - not a single 429 (Too many requests) response! The requests were sent concurrently, on 40 threads, without any pause. Performance was also great (just need to mention that it was "http", not "https" website).
