Been using SP for over 6 months, giving 4* just for 2 issues;
1. Recent price hike
2. Some IP's have incorrect DNS, and you just have to keep switching until you get proper residential IP with DNS.
The other services like uptime, speed, chat-support have been truly wonderful. No reason to leave them anyhow
