Before approaching Smartproxy, there was a bit of billing confusion before I had resolved my situation. I came into the Live Chat a bit irate, but managed to figure out a mutually beneficial solution between myself and a representative Lucas. He was calm, collected and assertive, which is necessity for customer service. Very pleased with the outcome. Haven't had a chance to test their residential proxies, but I'm keen and confident on their service.
