I purchased a new Mac Mini from them on the 15th of January 2021, as their price was very similar to others, but their projected delivery time was quicker. I paid through PayPal, and received a similar experience to others listed here. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt... But... I have not received my item and have experienced three ‘failed’ refunds via PayPal. ‘We have had problems with our bank...’ is their one and only response... is that because you have stolen my money? Do not buy from this company. They are crooks. They do not answer any of their public contact routes... telephone or email
