Placed online order on 7/8/2023 - delivery promised within 5-7 working days. Item has not arrived and it is now 24/8/2023. No tracking information given. Rang both Customer Services and Sales and immediately put on hold. (what genuine company would put a sales call on hold and say they would ring back!!!) Did not get a response at all and was told to leave a message and they would get back to me. They haven't. They did however take payment for the item. I believe that my £28 is now gone. After reading other reviews it appears that some customers have lost hundreds of pounds. I'm surprised that this company is still 'trading' as it clesrly is not honouring it's customer contract of sale.
