I ordered a Hannspree tablet after reading the returns policy, site terms. Tablet arrived (looks like I was lucky in this regard), but the fun started when I tried to return the tablet (the device was not usable indoors). The very first mail's response made it clear that they had no intention of accepting the return. After repeated mails/follow ups, they've now claimed that 'item' is not in the condition it was because *the package was opened*. I've tried to explain the difference between item and package.. Avoid is you can would be my advice.
