AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
Joined Smarty just over a month ago and had a little issue to begin with but was quickly sorted. Then a few days later my wife joined and we created a group then everything was great. Didn't last long, my auto renew went through no trouble but a few days later my wife's account went into pause!! When I finally got in touch they said we are having technical difficulties and not to worry about it, later that day my wife's account ended due to not being paid. After getting in touch and waiting 2 hours for them to get back to me ( it said they answer typically under 4 mins) they told me my bank had rejected the payment. I got in touch with my bank and they said Smarty had not even attempted to collect payment.
Last night my wife paid her payment using a different card and it has gone through however this morning she still cannot use her phone and it is still saying she needs to pay!!!!! Can I get in touch with them NO!!!
