Signal is terrible and the customer service is even worse. It’s been 3 weeks and I’m nowhere closer to being able to login to the app with my number as they haven’t transferred it to the app.
All the replies I receive are written in poor English with no relevance to the question - as if what I’ve said hasn’t even been read. Then when I say this, I don’t get a reply back and have to start the process again - I’m now on the 4th person who has sent me steps to change my number on iMessage. How is this relevant!?
I’ve been a customer less than a month and there’s been problem after problem. It’s completely not what I’d expected from any network, new or not. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone and I can’t wait to leave!!
