Appalling Service. Well non existent service really. Like so many on here received the SIM placed in the mobile and since then no service. There is one element to draw to peoples attention and seems to be common. If you enter in a PAC code when ordering the SIM, which they allow you to do, this is the start of the problems. I have subsequently learnt that until the SIM is activated you cannot use a PAC code. So if they jump the gun, which it looks like they are doing things fail. So remove this option Smarty.
In my example we have now been without a working mobile for over 5 weeks.
