Don’t be deceived by the ratings. This is the worst platform ever that I encountered first I would agree customer service is diligent to answer your questions and emails, open tickets, etc, BUT they didn’t really resolve the issues when it comes to withdrawal. It’s going to be 2 days now and I’m still waiting for my withdrawal. The status still pending I contacted customer service multiple times and still got the same answer: Payment Dept. will take a little longer to process your withdrawal then they closed the ticket request. Sending the same message over and over again running in circles. “A little longer and you will receive your withdrawal soon”. Really?? How soon? It’s been 2 days. Still waiting another thing to watch on this trading platform because it is deceiving. When you deposit you should use that 100% amount of deposit if not you will pay a hefty 20% commission to withdraw. This platform would NEVER mention it until you withdraw. Crooks! Not even worth a single star!!! I will update this review when I receive my withdrawal.
