I seem to have become a victim of my own expectations. I was initially drawn in by the promise of instant transactions and 24/7 support. However, the platform's significant shortcomings quickly overshadowed these advantages. Additionally, the user interface is clunky and unintuitive, making the trading experience far more difficult than it needs to be. Also the absence of MetaTrader is a huge let-down. While the support staff is responsive, the underlying design issues are far too significant. Need to understand that It’s clearly a new platform, and that lack of polish is painfully obvious. I'd advise waiting for improvements before signing up.
