The interface is outdated and feels clunky compared to other brokers. It works, but I don’t enjoy using it. If they upgraded their UI, it would make a huge difference. Right now, it just feels old-school in a bad way. Read a lot of positive reviews about fast funds transfers. And when the time came I tried to withdraw a large amount, and suddenly there were delays. I get that they have to do security checks, but don’t advertise “instant withdrawals” if that’s not always the case. Eventually I got my money, but it took longer than expected.
