I’m not a full-time trader—I have a job, a life, and I don’t always have time to sit in front of charts. That’s why I need a platform that lets me trade on the go. Unfortunately, the mobile app here is awful. It crashes constantly, and I’ve lost money because trades wouldn’t close properly. The desktop version is smooth, but if I can’t trust the app, that’s a huge problem. I tried reaching out to support, but their response was basically “We’re working on it.” That was a couple of months ago, and nothing has changed. I don’t want to switch platforms because the withdrawals are fast and the fees are reasonable, but if they don’t fix the app soon, I’ll have no choice. Trading isn’t just a hobby for me—I need something reliable. I’ll give it one more month, and if the app is still this bad, I’m out.
