This was my worst shopping experience. The site lets you believe this is a local delivery (5 - 7 working days). I am still waiting for delivery to S.Africa, a gift meant for 16 Dec. 2023 Was well in time for their delivery date. The local post office (not a courier service) advises the delivery may be at the end of the month. The parcel has not arrived in S.Africa. In addition, I was scammed for customs duty if I wanted the parcel delivered. Suggests the site is far from secure. Fortunately my bank stopped my payment. Can't review the racket as we haven't received yet. Can't cancel the order as customer support has explained it left the Netherlands soon after placing the order. My bigger frustration is that I found a local sports store selling the same racket for $10 more. :(
