If I could give zero stars I would. Left my party stranded on their return journey from the Grand National at Aintree 2022. Ruined what was a fab day. We have two disabled passengers as well, one in a wheelchair. 3 hours to make our own way home. Would only refund return journey which didn't cover all our additional expenses.
