Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company/treatment.
I have been told I would be given 4 months treatment to resolve a very mild crowd at my bottom teeth. The treatment started in April and we are in December and I am still going through it because they DESTROYED my bite! I wanted to resolve a small crow issue and they gifted me with a bad bite! My smile look horrendous now as there is a massive gap in between the arches as they are not closing properly. There is no point in contacting them because they simply reply with automated emails out of pre-made templates and ignore your complaints or concerns. They really do not care about their patients! I have been complaining about this matter since July and they keep giving me more aligners by extending the treatment to make me think they are trying to resolve this. It's been over 3 months now and no progress has been made with the bad bite their treatment caused on my teeth! These poor pieces of plastic are ridiculous and it makes me feel silly for falling for this. I will have to contact a real dentist to get real braces to correct the issue it caused me due to their incompetence.
That makes me think why I did not read this before paying for this service:
