Probably the worst window company going.
Totally destroyed top half of house smashing out bay window and I mean smashing no finesse involved. Then did bodge up with ply until they could think of a excuse to blame everyone but themselves. No one in my street has ever had this happen to them but I guess they never used smiths. Two other windows supplied and fitted with cracked glass, you couldn't make it up all followed by bully boy phone calls to try and get money. Avoid or you'll regret it.
