DOUBLE GLAZING FITTED IN JUNE 2011. 3 BLOWN UNITS REPLACED 3 YEARS AGO UNDER WARRANTY. 3 MORE HAVE BLOWN BUT SMITHS SAY THE GLASS UNITS ARE ONLY GUARANTEED FOR 5 YEARS SO WILL NOT REPLACE UNDER WARRANTY. APPARENTLY IT'S ONLY THE UPVC FRAMES THAT ARE GUARANTEED FOR 10 YEARS!! THEIR AFTERSALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING.
